Safety relays
PILZ PNOZ safety relays are supplied in Lithuania by BOPLALIT, an official PILZ partner. At Automatikai.lt you can select and buy safety relays, contact expansion modules and accessories. Depending on the model, the relays monitor emergency stop (E-STOP), safety gates, light curtains or other safety functions.
Which PILZ PNOZ series should you choose?
PNOZsigma (PNOZ s) offers compact safety relays with a range of functions and contact expansion options. PNOZ X provides classic safety relays for individual safety functions. For applications requiring more functions and flexible logic, see our PILZ PNOZmulti 2 configurable safety controllers.
How to select a safety relay
Consider the safety function, the required performance level or safety integrity level (PL or SIL) established by the risk assessment, supply voltage, input type, number of safe outputs, start and reset mode, and any time delay required. When replacing a relay, check the complete product code, wiring diagram and compatibility with the existing safety circuit. The relay ratings alone do not establish the safety level of the complete system.
