Returning policy

Returning conditions:

Items must not be used and in original packaging.

A refund fee and shipping costs fee can be applied. Some cases returns are not possible.

Each case must be solved separately.

Order cancellation/correction:

You can correct or cancel your order by calling +370 37 289898 or by e-mail: eshop@boplalit.lt

Correction and cancellation is possible only before the confirmation of the order from UAB BOPLALIT by e-mail.

Thereafter, cancellation/correction fee can be applied.
