TELCO Sensors – optical detection in demanding conditions
TELCO Sensors is a Danish manufacturer of photoelectric sensors and light curtains established in 1975. A key strength is reliable optical detection in environments where dust, contamination, moisture, vibration or a long distance between transmitter and receiver makes the application difficult.
The TELCO Sensors portfolio covers several optical detection principles. It includes diffuse and retro-reflective sensors, self-contained models, separate transmitter and receiver systems, light curtains and amplifiers. This makes it possible to select either a conventional short-range sensor or a longer-range system for demanding environments.
When selecting a TELCO system, the transmitter and receiver series, housing, supply voltage, output, operating distance, cable and amplifier must be coordinated.
