SATECH – modular machine safety fencing
BOPLALIT is the official SATECH distributor in Lithuania and Estonia. Since 2000, the Italian manufacturer has developed modular perimeter guarding systems for automated machinery, robot cells and production lines. Based on the machine layout, we help select the fencing system, panels, posts, doors, mounting elements and a locking device matched to the required safety function.
The SATECH range includes EasyGuard, ImpactGuard, FastGuard, AdaptaGuard and the hygienic BlueGuard system. Framed or frameless mesh panels, sheet steel, polycarbonate and mixed infills, hinged or sliding doors, posts with different impact resistance and a wide range of accessories are available. The systems are designed in accordance with EN ISO 14120, while the correct configuration and distance from the hazardous area must be determined by the risk assessment of the specific machine.
Automatikai.lt already lists 30 SATECH products: AdaptaGuard frameless panels in various widths, framed mesh panels, door panels, 40×40 and 50×50 mm posts, single-leaf door kits, panel connectors, brackets and repair kits. Most of these components are stocked by BOPLALIT in Kaunas, allowing a standard machine guard to be assembled quickly.

Send us the machine layout or specify the dimensions of the area to be guarded, required doors, panel material and colour. We will prepare a bill of materials and check the price and delivery time.
