2. What personal data do we process and why?
- Accounts and orders: name, company details, contact details, billing and delivery addresses, and order, payment and delivery information. We need this data to enter into and perform a contract and to meet statutory accounting obligations.
- Enquiries and customer service: the contact details, enquiry content and correspondence you provide. We use them to respond, take steps at your request and protect our legitimate interests.
- Newsletter: your email address when you subscribe. We process it on the basis of your consent until you withdraw that consent.
- Website security: technical connection and server log data, such as IP address, time, browser or device information. We use it to prevent fraud, disruption and unauthorised access, based on our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.
- Analytics and marketing: information about page and product views, searches, cart and purchase actions, and advertising interactions. Full measurement, analytics and marketing cookies and advertising personalisation are enabled only after the relevant consent has been given. Limited cookieless technical signals are described below.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
Necessary cookies are used to operate the cart, sign-in and security functions and to remember your cookie choice. Analytics and marketing cookies are activated only with your consent.
We use Google Consent Mode v2 in its advanced implementation. Until you consent, or when you choose necessary cookies only, analytics and advertising storage remain denied, so analytics and marketing cookies are not written and advertising personalisation is disabled. In this mode, Google may receive limited cookieless measurement signals, such as the consent state, page address, referrer, time and technical information supplied by the browser, for aggregated measurement modelling.
